Many digital projects start too late.

They begin when a tool is already being chosen: a platform, a vendor, a way of building. Drupal, WordPress, an e-commerce, an app, an internal system, something involving artificial intelligence.

But before technology, there is a more important question: what actually needs to happen?

My work is to help entrepreneurs, professionals, and small organizations clarify that question before building anything.

I don’t start from technology. I start from how the work really happens: habits, constraints, existing decisions, unclear areas, recurring tasks, and those parts that should not be automated too early.

Sometimes the result is a website. Sometimes an e-commerce. Sometimes an internal platform, a content system, an AI integration, or a small automation.

Other times, the most useful outcome is deciding what not to build.

This kind of work is useful when a project already exists but has become hard to maintain; when a website is about to be rebuilt; when selling online is being considered; when AI is being explored without a clear use case; when internal processes consume time and no one knows where to start.

I can help define a diagnosis, a direction, a minimal roadmap, or a first sustainable version. I can also develop parts of the project when it makes sense.

I work with Drupal, structured content systems, e-commerce, APIs, backend architectures, automation, AI integrations, and multilingual websites. But these are tools, not the starting point.

The starting point is keeping control of the project while it takes shape.
