About me
My name is Bruno Italiano. I am a freelance developer and consultant with more than thirty years of experience in designing digital systems.
I work remotely across Spain, Italy and the wider European market, supporting entrepreneurs and professionals who already have a real project, a defined market and a concrete digital challenge to solve.
My work is not simply about writing code. It is about bringing structure, direction and long-term sustainability to digital platforms that need to grow, monetise and remain solid over time.
How I work
I do not position myself as an external supplier who delivers and disappears. I join projects as a technical partner, with a highly practical approach: context analysis, architecture, prioritisation, implementation and progressive growth.
In many cases I work on an ongoing collaboration basis and, when appropriate, also with results-based participation. I value this model because it aligns technology with real business goals, avoiding unnecessary development, premature complexity and decisions driven only by trends.
I work best where digital systems are not just presentation layers, but real infrastructure for sales, learning, services or operations.
Where I bring the most value
My current focus is on vertical digital platforms, especially in these areas:
- specialised e-commerce and structured sales systems;
- LMS and professional learning platforms;
- digital systems for services, workflows and operations;
- architecture audits and restructuring of existing projects;
- pragmatic AI integration into real business workflows.
My main stack includes Drupal, React, Next.js, Node and Python. But tools alone are never enough. The real difference comes from project experience, business understanding and the discipline to build only what genuinely creates value.
My approach to technology
I do not work by chasing hype, frameworks or fashionable buzzwords. I care about using technology in a way that is useful, clear and sustainable.
Over the last few years I have increasingly integrated AI tools, but always with a precise criterion: bringing them into processes where they can genuinely improve quality, speed, analysis or operational capability. Not as spectacle, but as a practical leverage point.
In short: I design digital systems built to last, not demos that look impressive for a week.
